WICKED COVENANT – SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Wicked Covenant. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the processing, shipment, and delivery of orders placed through our Shopify store.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods such as product drops, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We partner with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion based on the most efficient option.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Wicked Covenant is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Wicked Covenant is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Wicked Covenant is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
8. SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
